It's Tsubame-chan's birthday, and she's made a wish.  Now suddenly Kenshin doesn't seem to remember his past, and Kaoru's wearing off-the-shoulder kimonos.  Yahiko hasn't gotten angry at anyone all day, and Tsubame finds she's not feeling as shy.  Aoshi's a chatter box and Misao's thoughtful.  Only Sano and Megumi seem to be themselves.  Surely one little wish didn't cause all of this!
